What is Responsible Gaming and why does it matter?

Responsible Gaming means enjoying online gaming for entertainment, in a controlled and mindful way. el99 believes every player's experience should be enjoyable and should not be a source of financial or mental stress.

Online gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment, but it can become addictive without the right awareness. Our responsible gaming policy ensures that our platform remains a safe environment for everyone.

Remember, gambling should never be a source of income. It is for entertainment only — and it should be enjoyed within your means.

Core Principles of Healthy Play

  • Only play with money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
  • Set a budget before you play and stick to that limit.
  • Do not place more bets in an attempt to recover money you have lost.
  • Keep your playing time limited — take regular breaks.
  • Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or medication.
  • Always put family, friends and work responsibilities first.
  • If you feel playing is getting out of control, seek help immediately.
